EMD or Exempt Market Dealer Manager is the first and only Compliance software especially built for MICs. The software fully integrates with MICs and Funds transactions to meet the National Canadian Security Commission regulations for Investors. The software is a stand-alone application that seamlessly integrates with MIC Manager in order to remove any need for duplication of data.
